1. EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

Orders placed between November 14th – December 25th can be returned or exchanged until January 31st, 2025.

2. STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return—no questions asked.

3. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

📦 Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

5. EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

🚫 Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

6. EXCHANGES

Need a different size or product? The quickest way to get what you need is:
✔ Return the item you have.
✔ Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.

7. REFUNDS

💳 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or declined.
💰 If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
